Refunds and Purchase Terms
This page explains how purchases, renewals, and refunds work for BrenWP Pro.
1. Purchases
BrenWP Pro licenses are sold on an annual basis unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout. A valid email address is required to deliver invoices, license information, and Pro access where applicable.
2. Renewals
If your plan renews automatically, renewal terms and timing are shown at checkout and/or in your account area. If a license expires, Pro features may stop receiving updates and priority support until renewed.
3. Refund window
We offer a voluntary 14-day refund window for first-time purchases of a BrenWP Pro license, starting from the purchase date, provided the product does not work as described or cannot be configured in your environment with reasonable effort.
4. Non-refundable cases
- Renewals (unless required by mandatory law).
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
- Issues caused by third-party code or server misconfiguration outside the product scope (we can still help troubleshoot).
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed before contacting support.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@brenwp.com from the address used for purchase and include: (a) invoice number or transaction identifier, (b) product name, and (c) a brief description of the issue. We may ask for logs or environment details to confirm eligibility.
6. Statutory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights that cannot be waived. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
